Workbench 2.x changed the default palette from the iconic blue/orange contrast to a gray/blue, while aiming for a more 3D look. There was no technical change in the palette, so we still had a 2 bitplane 4-color palette. But it looked a bit more modern by creating some illusion of depth.
Values read from The Amiga Workbench Simulator (taws). The RGB values are configured in the Workbench preferences. I read the default values from there.
