Windows 3 finally introduced pretty much all of the colors which became the default palette for years to come. It also came with some themes to choose from. The iconic teal, which will later become the default in Windows 95 is already part of the palette from Windows 3.0 on. It's used as background color in the "Ocean" Theme.
